Torside Building Consultants Limited (formally JBH Property Consulting Limited) was established in 2007 and specialises in commercial building surveying and project management. Our team operates out of the North West, but provides Building Consultancy services nationwide.
Torside has a team of experienced surveyors who are experts in their respective fields. Undertaking both traditional building consultancy activities and full project services in addition to, Party Wall advice, dilapidations and insurance reinstatement cost assessment.
We have extensive experience operating in many commercial and social sectors including:- offices, leisure, industrial, residential care, block residential and academic for numerous blue chip clients.
All our surveyors are qualified remote pilots for the use of UAV’s (drones). This allows us to obtain an aerial prospective on all our projects.
