Nemos Garage was originally a 19th century dairy farm, being partially converted into a garage in the mid-20th century. With extensions to the property, Nemos Garage expanded, becoming very popular mechanics in the area.
Torside building consultants were instructed to undertake a measured survey of the property to aid in design work for remodelling and altering some construction components.
We got to work accurately measuring the floorplans in each internal room, including fixed machinery, column and beam locations, staircases and window & door locations.
We then produced the drawings in AutoCAD and issued to the client for approval. Drawings were then used to re-design some roof areas and for the addition of accommodation rooms.
